Stacey Staben
Stacey is a licensed Realtor® in the State of Wyoming. Stacey has an interest in the development of Sheridan County and has a vested interest in the community that has been her home for a lifetime.
Stacy enjoys golf, cooking and the great outdoors that Wyoming has to offer. She enjoys helping buyers and sellers make good decisions in their real estate investments; ranging from the first time home buyer, the growing family's expanding needs, to new construction and commercial property!
Stacey has two boys, one attending school in Laramie and the other attending school in California.

Theresa Bonnet-Nelson
Theresa joined Stacey in 2018 putting their knowledge of the Sheridan community to work together. Theresa believes working in health care for the past 19 years has contributed to her success has a Realtor©. Theresa’s past management environment has given her considerable communication skills and prepared her for patience, understanding and attentiveness to clients and how to connect them with the best opportunity to match their needs. Theresa also believes enthusiasm and dedication are a must for success.
Theresa was born and raised in Sheridan with family roots in real estate. Theresa’s mother raised her brother and her as she worked faithfully to match buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Theresa has a daughter who is a cosmetologist in Colorado and upon marrying Dave Nelson of Wyoming Electric in 2017, she inherited 4 bonus children as well as 3 grandchildren. Theresa and Dave enjoy camping at Tongue River Reservoir as well as fishing and golfing. In the winter, you will find Theresa at the Sheridan Ice M&M Center cheering on the local hockey teams.

Kyla Allen
Kyla has been a resident and homeowner in Sheridan for 11 years.
She most enjoys the big city culture in a small-town setting that
Sheridan offers. She was raised in a military family that took her
through many moves around the world. Prior to moving to
Sheridan, Kyla supported her husband in his career that led her to
over 16 moves and all the adventure and apprehension that goes
with relocating. She knows what it means to uproot a family with
children and move them to a new area. She also understands that
each family is unique and has very specific needs as they relocate.
She knows how to search for what a family needs because she has
had firsthand experience searching for homes for her own family.
Kyla has a keen eye for seeing possibilities in helping your visions

Lisa Hansen
Born & raised in Wyoming, Lisa is a Sheridan High School Graduate. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Lisa and her husband Greg enjoyed buying and selling real estate for over 30 years. Lisa has committed herself to high business standards of integrity and honesty in all of her dealing with her clients. She takes great pride when her clients acknowledge their appreciation and become lifelong friends.
Lisa has completed the Ninja Installation Institution, and is an REO Specialist. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys serving the Spanish community here in Sheridan. She has over 14 plus years' experience (as a Realtor) in buying/selling commercial, building sites and residential as well as multi-unit properties. Lisa is known and appreciated for her consistent communication she has with her clients. Her amazing customer service, positive attitude, loyalty and honesty. Regan Reedy
Growing up in Sheridan has resulted in a love for this town and the great state of Wyoming. This love resulted in attendance and degrees from Sheridan College and University of Wyoming. I appreciate this wonderful community and couldn’t imagine calling any place else home. I am married to a wonderful man, transplanted from Illinois, but don’t hold that against him! We have 3 amazing children who keep us on our toes, along with their cousins who we enjoy supporting during their sports and activities – Go Sheridan Broncs and Hawks! We are both proud to call University of Wyoming our alma mater, love the Pokes, spending time in the great outdoors, and relaxing with family and friends. My goal is to provide every client with the best service possible, and whether you’re buying or selling, I would love the opportunity to be your agent and work hard for you.
